Hi,
the wheels are Road race replica wheels. You can find them here :

The official road race replica seller don't want to sell his stuff to france, so I presume he will not sell it to german too <img src='http://www.h0slot.de/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':lol:' />
the tires seems to be the silicone ones furnished with the wheels. These are really bad tires, not round at all.
Personnaly, I use sanded silicone tuffone tires on rear, and sanded original front tires on front (enough good for front end). You can basically use any afx-type tires (but may need some adjustements) on this wheels.
Last thing, the plastic of RRR wheels is quite soft (and not compatible with wheels press), so you'll have to be carefull when you mount it on axles.
